Los Angeles - Pop star Justin Bieber sensational in tears after failing the driving theory test.

Justin was upset after failing in a written exam and refused entry  into the car with her mother, which eventually they go home on foot  home in the rain.

Justin admitted so emotional in accepting failure. He started shouting to the passing motorists.
